After you submit your request, read the email you receive carefully. You will be sent a confirmation number. Many people read too quickly and think the confirmation number is their new password or their email address. It is not. Click on the link provided and you will be taken to the new password screen. Enter your email, confirmation number and the new password of your choice. Then your password will be reset. Sign in again using your new password.
